TATE MASON
President and Chief Executive Officer

Tate Mason is a sworn police officer with the Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD). Tate began his career with LMPD as a patrol officer enforcing the law and protecting the citizens of Jefferson County.  He then served as a division detection in the 4th division investigating crimes in the Shelby Park, Smoketown, and Germantown neighborhoods. Tate is currently a detective in the Major Crimes Division as part of the Special Victims Unit. He has also prioritizes continuing education classes to help further his knowledge as a police office, including topics such as criminal investigations, search warrants, interview and interrogation techniques, narcotics, dignitary protection, advanced firearms, and many more.

Tate also worked as a loss prevention detective for a Fortune 500 company prior to joining LMPD.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Louisville with honors.

KRISTEN MASON, CPA 
Chief Operating Officer

Kristen Mason is a Certified Public Accountant with many years of experience in finance and auditing services. Kristen’s experience includes four years in public accounting at Mountjoy Chilton Medley LLP (MCM) and three years at Humana, Inc. where she worked in both the audit and finance organizations. She then worked in finance at Sojourn Church for five years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Asbury University and a Masters of Business Administration from Webster University.
